Kristine Raab

From a young age, it was clear to me that I wanted a career that combined my two passions: helping people and sports. After receiving my BS in Human Movement/Sports Science from Sacred Heart University, I became a Certified Athletic Trainer. For two years, I had the incredible opportunity to serve as the athletic trainer for a large high school in California.

Eager for further knowledge and expertise, I pursued both my Masters and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy at Columbia University. Since then, I've primarily worked as a PT in the vibrant Hamptons community, with memorable stints in energetic cities like NYC and even the sunny Florida Keys (because who can resist a bit of travel!).

When I'm not busy in the clinic, I find immense joy in spending quality time with my husband and two amazing kids. Being true to my love for an active lifestyle, I've participated in competitive ice hockey at the collegiate level and beyond. Additionally, I thrive on thrilling ventures like snowboarding, mountain biking, surfing, paddleboarding, and I must admit, even jumping out of perfectly good planes! Anything that gets my adrenaline pumping and allows me to embrace life in adventurous ways brings me pure happiness.
