Jessica Gutierrez, DPT

My journey in sports began in middle school and has led me to discover my true passion. Growing up in East Hampton was a privilege, but after earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University, I sought new challenges and now find myself navigating the vibrant streets of Manhattan. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University. As a former athlete, I infuse my personal training and physical therapy sessions with deep knowledge, commitment, and a genuine love for sports. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me at the gym, running in Central Park or by the beach, exploring the city’s culinary scene, or embarking on spontaneous international adventures. If you have the chance to travel, seize it—time lost can never be reclaimed.

I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from adolescents to adults and the elderly. My broad experience has sharpened my expertise in various treatments, including manual therapy, strength training, gait and balance improvement, sports therapy, and neuromuscular re-education. I offer a compassionate and tailored approach, utilizing the latest techniques and tools to help clients achieve their goals and maintain long-term wellness.

Together, we will build a supportive and effective practice that prioritizes the highest quality of care. By creating personalized plans, we aim to enhance strength, speed, and overall quality of life, helping clients become the best versions of themselves. Trust is essential, and we are dedicated to earning and maintaining that trust through our commitment to excellence.
