Isabella Bartoloni

From an early age, I’ve been passionate about understanding the connection between the mind, body, and environment, and that perspective continues to shape my work today. I believe well-being comes from treating the body as an integrated system where movement, stress, lifestyle, and environment all play a role in how we feel and function.

I earned my B.A. in Environmental Humanities with a minor in Sculpture from SUNY Stony Brook University in 2015 before continuing my studies at the Finger Lakes School of Massage, where I graduated in 2019. Since becoming a licensed massage therapist in New York and Connecticut, I’ve continued to expand my training through certifications in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and Strength & Conditioning as an ISSA Elite Trainer. I also completed Michael Boyle’s CFSC Level 1 certification and Manual Lymphatic Drainage training through Klose.

My approach combines hands-on therapy, movement education, and strength-based principles to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health. I’m committed to ongoing education and providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care tailored to each individual.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, gardening, kickboxing, dancing, woodworking, and learning new skills whenever I can.
